Thank you for using our hosting service. We always want our customers to be satisfied with our service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, a refund will be applicable under the following terms:

01 Money-Back Guarantee

• We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers.
• For your first hosting order, you may apply for a refund within 7 days from the order date.
• You must not have previously received a money-back refund from us. Once you receive a refund, the refund policy will no longer apply to any future orders.
• A valid reason must be mentioned when applying for a refund. If the reason is not deemed reasonable, the refund will not be processed.

03 Further Restrictions

• If you add a new service, remove a service, or change your hosting package after the initial window, no refund applies.
• If service is suspended/terminated due to misuse, illegal content, spam, or security violations.
